We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also loved the location, which was close to the slopes and in a breathtakingly beautiful area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of healthy and local foods.

Nestled in a stunning mountainous location, this hotel is perfect for ski enthusiasts with its proximity to the slopes and ski lift. the spacious rooms with modern furnishings and luxurious bathrooms are sure to impress. the friendly and attentive staff ensure that guests are well taken care of, while the breakfast spread is simply delicious. Guests can also enjoy the hotel's amazing facilities, like the beautiful spa and pool,.

The dining experience could use improvement according to some reviews.

Hotel is big, new and clean. Very nice lobby lounge with bookshelves and fire place and couches and live piano music in the evening etc. WiFi is free of charge and fast. Big wellness area, fitness room in comparison with many other hotels is equipped with number of new machines (no dumbbells but it is like this everywhere). Food is good, pastries are perfect. Service in the restaurant and overall is very friendly. Hall porter whipped snow during snow fall from all the cars and wanted to help my by cleaning the ice from the wind shield during my departure – nice gesture.

I did not liked Design of Turkish sauna. As some others travellers wrote already: light in wellness area is just stupid! No chance to lie and sleep on the water beds – lamps are glowing in to your eyes. Also it is very noisy there and it is not because of too many people -each movement (steps, flipping the pages of the book , changing position in the chaise longue, running water in the shower etc) – everything results in echo… obvious construction mistake and wrong materials used.. Doors are scratching the floor, showers handles are designed for intelligent people  – not clear what means what and 3 times I hade to stand up from my place and go in to the shower to close the running water after somebody forget to do it  Not the best way to spend time in wellness, so I had to change to location  Minibar is mixed – water is free, 0,3l vine costs 11 eur. But you find this out after you open the bottle – price list is hidden in another cupboard… Not nice… and vine was bad. I booked room for 2 (there was and option to book the same room for one). My girlfriend was ill and did not managed to come. The first thing I did on recepriton – I mentioned that I will be alone and want to change my reservation. Next day they told me that I have to pay for 2, because if I wanted to change I had to do it through “bookings.com” before 18:00 yesterday…??? My question was: -Why do you tell me this only today, but did not mentioned this yesteday on day of arrival? I arrived at 13:30 and had more then 5 hours to do this through “bookings.com”! I just had to know that from you!..... Friendly smile was and answer… It is unacceptable! I wanted to stay one day longer but was thinking of leaving straight away. At the end they managed to change reservation but I will never stay in this hotel again. It is not 5 stars level on many points but incident with my bill was the final point.

Legit omelette bar. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious a la carte restaurant. Modern, clean, and comfortable. Excellent food and 4-course meals. Fantastic pools and spa facilities. Accommodating to allergies and infants. Stunning views and interesting interior design

Luxurious and exclusive amenities were fulfilled as soon as we entered the front door. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and always willing to help. the Spa & wellness centre was stunning.

We found the pillows in our room to be a little uncomfortable and we were too tired to call the staff to adjust them.

Great spa area and pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, with beautiful views and easy access to the main road.

The rooms were poorly designed and lacked comfort. The food was overpriced and not very good.
